Bradley M. Wilson is a partner and senior
trial attorney. As an expert in complex civil and commercial
litigation, Mr. Wilson has successfully tried cases in every State
and Federal Court in New Jersey, as well as in a number of other
State and Federal Courts outside of New Jersey. He has represented
major cities, media personalities and Fortune 500 Companies in
litigation.
Mr. Wilson has completed over two hundred fifty jury trials, in such
areas as business litigation, professional liability, construction,
contract, personal injury, environmental and condemnation matters.
Mr. Wilson has been designated a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by
the New Jersey Supreme Court.
As an appellate practitioner, he has appeared in all Appellate
Courts of New York, New Jersey, Vermont and Maine, and in various
Federal Courts of Appeal. Mr. Wilson has over a dozen reported
Appellate and Supreme Court opinions in such areas as contract law,
construction law, consumer fraud, and professional liability.
In Kane v. Hartz Mountain Ind., et al.
141 N.J. 96 (1995), Mr. Wilson was involved in the Supreme Court’s
delineation of a landowners exposure in a construction personal
injury claim. In Lingar v. Live in
Companions, 300 N.J. Super. 22 (App. Div. 1997), Mr. Wilson
successfully insulated individual employers from liability in a
consumer fraud claim. In Iron Mountain
Information Management, Inc. v. City of Newark, 202 N.J. 74
(2010), he prevailed in a contested major condemnation proceeding.
As an experienced commercial lawyer, Mr. Wilson has reviewed,
negotiated, and litigated contracts on behalf of architects,
developers and large corporations. He was also the attorney
responsible for preparing, and concluding, the contracts necessary
to construct the first major casino in Australia.
Mr. Wilson has conducted seminars for various professional groups,
associations, and insurance companies in such areas as malpractice,
consumer fraud, trial testimony and practice.
A 1976 graduate of the University of Maine and a 1979 graduate of
the Vermont Law School, Mr. Wilson was admitted to practice in Maine
before moving to New Jersey, where he has practiced for more than
thirty years. Additionally, he is licensed to practice in the
Federal Courts of New Jersey, New York and Maine, the Second and
Third Circuit Courts of Appeals, the United States Federal Circuit
Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
